We offer delivery within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Free UK delivery is available on orders over £50. Orders under £50 will incur a delivery charge as stated at checkout.

Orders placed before our daily cut-off time will be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or other circumstances beyond our control.

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

If you are not available to receive your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a collection card with instructions.

8. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used fragrance products.

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, for genuinely faulty or damaged items.

Claims for damaged items must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
