At Eastern Perfume, we are committed to providing you with a smooth and reliable delivery service. Please read the following information carefully regarding our delivery and returns policies.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery Coverage

We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom only.

All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse.

Delivery Method

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Tracked 48 provides a reliable delivery service with online tracking available.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Costs

Free UK delivery on all orders over £50.

Orders under £50 will incur a delivery charge, which will be displayed at checkout.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before our daily cut-off time will be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday).

Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends and bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times

Royal Mail Tracked 48 aims to deliver within 2-3 working days from dispatch.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

During peak periods (such as Christmas, Black Friday, or sales events), delivery may take longer than usual.

We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your Royal Mail tracking number.

You can track your parcel at any time using the Royal Mail tracking service at royalmail.com/track-your-item.

Delivery Address

Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout.

We are not responsible for non-delivery or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@easternperfumeuk.com.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If you are not available to receive your parcel, Royal Mail will leave a "Something for You" card with instructions on how to collect your item.

You can arrange redelivery or collect your parcel from your local Royal Mail delivery office.

Parcels not collected within the specified timeframe will be returned to us, and you may be charged for re-delivery.

Missing or Lost Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@easternperfumeuk.com.

We will investigate with Royal Mail and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Delivery

We do not currently offer international delivery outside the United Kingdom.

We are working to expand our delivery services in the future.

RETURNS POLICY

Our 14-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 days of receiving it.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following conditions:

Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

All seals, cellophane wrapping, and protective coverings must be intact.

Products must be in a resalable condition.

Hygiene and Safety Regulations

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used fragrance products.

This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of all our customers.

Once a fragrance product has been opened, sprayed, or tested, it cannot be returned for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used fragrance products.

Products with broken seals or damaged packaging caused by the customer.

Items marked as final sale or clearance (if applicable).

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@easternperfumeuk.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

We will provide you with return instructions and our returns address.

Return Shipping Costs

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or we have made an error.

We recommend using a tracked postal service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).

Please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Partial Returns

If you wish to return only part of your order, the delivery charge may be deducted from your refund if the remaining order value falls below £50.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

Reporting Faulty or Damaged Items

Please contact us immediately at info@easternperfumeuk.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Provide your order number and clear photos showing the damage or fault.

Include photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage.

Resolution for Faulty Items

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund for genuinely faulty or damaged items.

Return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items will be covered by us.

We may provide a prepaid return label or arrange collection, depending on the circumstances.

Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our part, please contact us immediately.

We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and cover all return shipping costs.

Cancellations

Cancelling Your Order

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at info@easternperfumeuk.com.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it under our 14-day returns policy.
