Returns Policy

At Eastern Perfume, your satisfaction is important to us. You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the fragrance must be in its original packaging, with all seals intact and in the same condition you received it. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used perfumes unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund — including return shipping costs — at no extra charge to you.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days and credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a further 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

To start a return, simply log in to your account, locate your order under "My Orders," and select the item you'd like to return. Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team directly and we'll be happy to guide you through the process.

Shipping

We're proud to offer fast, reliable delivery across the United Kingdom on every order. All orders are dispatched from our UK base via Royal Mail Tracked 48, with a tracking number sent to your email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 working days for UK Mainland addresses, with deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Islands, and Northern Ireland occasionally taking slightly longer.

We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £30. For orders below this threshold, a small flat-rate shipping fee applies, which will be calculated at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed due to factors outside our control such as adverse weather, courier strikes, or peak season demand. If your parcel hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please get in touch and we'll do everything we can to help track it down.
